Description: Originally I played Oud (Arabic lute) in a call and answer with Batch's voice. I eventually decided to replace the Oud with a guitar but kept Batch's powerful vocals. This was an interesting way of working. The original feeling was still there but harmonically it opened up the door. the track then developed into a song about Batch leaving Senegal to find a new life in England.
